Meet Jill
Jill Sadler is a strategist, coach, and creative thinker who helps leaders and organizations bring clarity, structure, and flow to the way they work and grow.
With over 20 years of experience across health care, non-profit, education, and small business sectors, Jill bridges strategy, operations, and leadership development. She has led organizations through periods of growth and change, designed fair and thoughtful performance systems, and built frameworks that strengthen both business outcomes and workplace culture.
Known for her practical calm and behind-the-scenes problem solving, Jill has been called an “operations ninja” for her ability to turn complexity into clarity - and then create the systems that make progress sustainable. She’s led mergers, developed regional health programs, designed organizational audits, and coached leaders toward measurable, lasting change.
Jill’s academic background includes a Master of Business, Entrepreneurship & Technology from the University of Waterloo and an Honours Bachelor of Health Administration from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson). She also holds diplomas in Ecosystem Management Technician and Recreation & Leisure Services and has completed the educational requirements for the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation.
A former Executive Director and Program Director, Jill has overseen strategic planning, financial management, HR, operations, marketing, fundraising and performance systems for both non-profit and for-profit organizations. She understands the realities of small organizations — balancing ambition with practicality - and brings a grounded, collaborative approach to every engagement.
As a consultant and facilitator, Jill partners with organizations to strengthen how they plan, operate, and lead. Her work spans strategic planning, organizational reviews, system and workflow design, and leadership and board development. She helps teams align their structure, culture, and strategy - creating practical frameworks that bring clarity, accountability, and humanity to the way people work together. She also teaches business and health administration courses at a post-secondary college, where she shares her real-world experience with emerging leaders and entrepreneurs.
In addition to her consulting practice, Jill leads physician recruitment and retention efforts in British Columbia, supporting both Canadian and international practitioners in finding meaningful work and community connections.
Her leadership philosophy is rooted in empathy, fairness, and empowerment. She believes the best workplaces are those where people are engaged, supported, and aligned around a clear purpose.
Outside of work, Jill is an avid outdoorswoman who finds inspiration in nature - hiking, skiing, boating, mountain biking, and exploring the mountain landscapes she calls home.
Jill’s Best Known For: bringing clarity and calm to complex operations, masterfully creating systems and processes that actually work, seeing the bigger picture and uncovering root causes, blending business strategy with creative design, and guiding teams through strategic planning, organizational health, and HR transformation - all with an eye for brand, colour, and meaningful communication.
